UCCS STUDENT HOUSING SITE. The University has extensive plans to increase the size of the campus next to this student housing site. Current University enrolment is 9,200 students, which is growing very rapidly and there are extensive expansion plans already in place. Current Student Housing has only 900 beds. An affiliation with the University has been reached that would include the project as campus affiliated housing and create a tie-in with the shuttle service to campus.
