Wayne and Rosemarie moved to the Colorado Springs area in 1979 and immediately fell in love with the surroundings, the friendly people, the available activities and discovered a place where the sky is actually blue. They even changed professions in order to stay in Colorado.

They have diverse backgrounds (engineer and teacher), which enables them to approach solutions to challenges from very different directions. This has proven to be very successful in both problem solving and negotiation.

Wayne and Rosemarie have lived and worked in both the United States and Europe and, as a result, are very familiar with both domestic and international moves and ways to minimize the pressures during what can be a very stressful time. Their experience in the Colorado Springs and surrounding markets will help make the selling and/or purchasing process as satisfying and as beneficial to you as possible.

Their ego wall includes being a member of Re/Max International's Hall of Fame, having been a member of the Elite 25 Group, a CRS, Certified Residential Specialist, an e-Pro, Internet Specialist, Luxury Home Professional, Top Producer at Coldwell Banker for several years, and numerous sales achievement awards. These distinctions simply mean they are dedicated to a high level of performance in their chosen profession and for their clients.

They enjoy mountain hiking (many of Colorado's 14ers), golf, biking, and relaxing with a good book.

Rosemarie and Wayne have sold three homes for me and have always been excellent. They take care of me and answer all my questions and keep me from going into panic mode.
