Serving as the president of Westfall and Company, I am skilled at all levels of Mortgage Default Solutions, including REO outsourcing, BPOs, single and multi-family property value reconciliation, and appraisal review. I once served as Director of the Colorado Foreclosure Prevention Task Force under the Governor's office, and also sat on a federal Housing and Urban Development (HUD) panel regarding the disposition of REO properties.
