Randy, a Colorado native, moved back to Colorado from Arkansas after finishing college and immediately started a career in real estate in 1976. Although he majored in business marketing, real estate and new home construction have always been a part of his life.

In 1982, Randy began representing homebuilder Acuff Homes, a leading builder in the community since 1982. This long-term relationship is built on respect, experience and knowledge of the local market.

I'm trying to provide the best service I can and treat people with honesty and integrity, he says. In order to help him provide the best service to his clients, Randy has retained the services of an assistant for nearly twenty years.

During his affiliation with Prudential Real Estate, he has received the prestigious 20-year Prudential Legends Award. He has also been recognized as the 1995 REALTOR of the Year and 1988 REALTOR Salesman of the Year. He is currently serving as the 2010/2011 President of the Colorado Association of REALTORS and is past-president of the Pikes Peak Association of REALTORS. He is also involved on a national level with National Association of Realtors®. His commitment to the importance of property rights and the privilege of home ownership are evidenced by his extensive involvement effecting legislation to protect those rights.

Along with helping people achieve the dream of owning their perfect home, Randy also provides children K-12 with the beginning of business knowledge though his involvement with Junior Achievement.

When not working or providing community service and leadership, Randy tries to spend as much time as he can with his family and grandkids. He also enjoys riding motocross, running, golfing and travel.

Randy has sold and listed homes totaling over $400 million in volume all over the Colorado Springs area over the last 30 years. I've sold houses for banks and relocation companies, handled short-sales for clients and million-dollar properties for people from all walks of life.
