Gayle Caldwell and Tammy Cockrell are a mother/daughter team, and happen to be 6th and 7th generation natives, as well as 3rd and 4th generation real estate brokers, respectively, having proudly served the Colorado Springs community for over a combined 55 years! For over 25 years Gayle owned and operated her own real estate company, selling residential and commercial real estate and managing property for the Veterans Administration. Tammy was a licensed borker under Gayle, with a myriad of experience in sales, management and title. They pride themselves on the longstanding relationships they've developed with their clients over the years, and the extensive referral network they have built. They also hold several esteemed designations including ERA's Top Gun designation, and Graduate of Real Estate Institute (GRI) with the Colorado Associaton of Realtors.

Along with her daughter Tammy, Gayle is the proud mother of a grown son, and a soon-to-be University of Colorado student. Tammy is the proud mom of 2 children. She is married to Alan Cockrell, former batting coach of the Seattle Mariners and the National League Champion Colorado Rockies.
