Mr. Lundberg has a Business Administration degree from Moorhead State University, and began his business career as a CPA specializing in hospital audits and feasibility studies. For 14 years he worked as a financial manager in the broadcast industry in Fargo, ND, Evansville, IN, and then in Colorado Springs. In 1992 he joined a Colorado Springs real estate company as their Controller, overseeing the financial operations of the Company which employed on average 150 Realtors. In 1999 he was named CFO and voted to the Board of Directors, where he remained until establishing MountainPeaks Real estate in February 2009.

Mr. Lundberg received his real estate license in 1996 and specializes in residential sales, particularly in the northern areas of Colorado Springs. He supervises the property management department of the Company, which provides alternative solutions for their clients.
